Hello friends!
After sixteen years in the food industry, I realized how passionate I am about international hot sauces, chile peppers, and anything spicy. It is not only a cultural passion for me being from New Mexico, one of the chile capitals of the world, but an absolute obsession.
Looking at hot sauce and spicy food reviews online is an echo-chamber of the same American product reviews with little new content. So I decided to follow my passion and introduce some of these sauces to all of you. I hope you find something you love too.
Currently we are working on our own storefront, but in the meantime we will continue to write about some great products and introduce you to worldly spices you didn’t know you couldn’t live without.
